  • This item is no longer available, will it be restocked?
      • As a small business, we produce our designs in small limited quantities to minimise waste. This is also to ensure that once a season is over, we can move on to exciting new designs. So if you missed out on a design, don't fret, there will always be another one to love.

Shipping

  • What are your domestic (Australia) shipping options?
      • We currently offer standard tracked, express tracked, and local pickup at our Bankstown location. You will be able to view the pricing at checkout.
      • For FREE local pickups, please contact us prior to ordering so that we can check our availability.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
      • Yes! We offer flat rate tracked international shipping. You will be able to view the pricing at checkout. We highly recommend making a group order for international purchases as this reduces the cost of shipping per person. It's also an easy way to reduce carbon emissions from shipping!

Returns

  • Do you offer returns?
      • Yes, we understand shopping online is different to seeing a product in person, whether it's about colour or material. Please initiate a return with us within 14 days of receiving your item, shipping costs are to be covered by you. Once we have assessed your item and if it meets our criteria we will offer you a solution:
        • For eligible change of mind returns, we will offer store credit for the cost of the item returned. Delivery will not be covered.
        • For eligible faulty items, we will cover the cost of the return delivery after assessing and work towards a solution with you.

  • Can I do an exchange?
      • The easiest and fastest way to exchange an item for change of mind is to initiate a return and purchase a new item if you need it quickly. Otherwise you can wait to be reimbursed in store credit for your next purchase.
